Altered Journal Cover

I am not getting much art time lately. I have a lot going on in my personal life lately. Besides the problems with the baby my daughter Megan is having both my other granddaughter were in the hospital a few weeks ago with complications from RSV. I started writting up that blog post but I am not sure if I will ever post it.
Right befor the babies got sick I managed to squeeze a little time in to decorate this hand bound art journal that I made last year.
I really love the little butterfly lady image on the bottom. It is a fabric transfer I had left over from some fabric atc's I made for Paper Imagery Designs last month.
Here is a two page spread that I had made many months ago using some more Paper Imagery Designs images.

Time Flies and an Update on Baby Addison

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to email or leave a comment about the up coming birth of my third grand child Addison who has three heart defects and who may have down syndrome . You have no idea how much the support means to me. Especially from those of you who have been blessed with a child with Down Syndrome yourself and have taken the time to let me know that you do indeed believe that you were blessed having this child in your life. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The day of Addisons birth is almost here. Two weeks from today is the scheduled c-section at the Children's Hospital in St Petersburg. The freak out and stress level is very high.
